PERGOLESI AD 1710 wants to be a wine not too demanding but at the same time is produced with balance between its various components.
Obtained from Montepulciano grapes vinified in white, it delicately expresses the versatility of the Marches composer. The vinification takes place by short film contact and in the absence of oxygen. The Pergolesi AD 1710 shows with its pleasure how to combine the varietal character of Montepulciano with its minerality.
