Soil: deep with the presence of stone and prevalence of sands and clays of the Miocene and Plio-Pleistocene, with a tendency to calcareous
Exposure and altitude: south-east, south-west and north-west to 300-350 m.
Training system: Guyot and double inverted
Density: 1700-3500 vines per hectare.
Yield per hectare: 70 q. Grape pruning system with reduced number of buds per plant, thus allowing the accumulation of substances produced in a few bunches per vine

Harvest: late-ripening grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the best grapes, and left to dry on racks with noble rot for 3 months

Vinification: fermentation takes place in oak barrels, and lasts about a month aging in oak barrels for 12 months and in bottle for a year
