Pappardelle di Campofilone artisan specialty of egg pasta from the Carassai pasta factory, made using ancient techniques of processing the egg pasta sheet.

Healthy and genuine product from the Marches, one of the few Italian regions that has remained intact in the preservation of culinary traditions.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina , fresh eggs (33.4%), 00 wheat flour. May contain traces of soy .

For optimal cooking of our Pappardelle we recommend using plenty of water. When it boils, add salt and pour the pasta and stir gently after it has softened. Then drain and pour it into a large container, where you can season them as you wish with plenty of sauce. If necessary, add cooking water. Cooking time: 4-5 minutes.
