Is one of the greatest white wines in Italy, a Verdicchio di Matelica that is different from the others because its is made using the cryomaceration process and is aged in part in wood barrels. It was the first Verdicchio wine to enter the ‘Riserva’ typology and is the white wine with which Belisario winery has experienced its biggest emotions

Vinification: cold maceration provides the must with the skins at very low temperatures, thanks to which you get a draw "targeted" the most interesting flavors
Ageing: occurs mainly in steel and only 20% in medium toasted Allier barriques of 225 and 500 liters: a skilful use of small wood, which transmits to the wine sentor spicy without killing him with the sweet vanilla. The blend is done after about 5 months of aging, and to it following at least 6 months in the bottle
