Harvest:

Aging: ages in steel and part in toasted oak barrels for at least one year and ages for another year in bottle

The complexity of the production is the complexity of its organoleptic heritage: Marche hills, Mediterranean sun, floral aromas, vanilla, great structure, savory, persuasive, harmonious.
The color is a crystalline, straw yellow with golden reflections
