BRUT RISERVA GAROFOLI diligent processing of Verdicchio grapes and unusually prolonged maceration on the yeasts (48 months) provide a wine with a straw yellow color and delicate golden reflections. The bouquet is elegant and persistent and the wine offers the palate sensations of great harmony. The standard-bearer of the winery, which was the first in the region to adopt use of Verdicchio grapes in making a classic-method bubbly.

From the first Marches sparkling wine born from a native grape and dated 1954 there have been many evolutions, bearing in mind a single objective: giving the best to those who believe that luxury is first and foremost the pleasure of being together.

Food matches: its great personality makes it a perfect accompaniment for an entire meal and especially with fish dishes. It is stupendous with Ascoli-style stuffed, fried olives.
