When espresso becomes liqueur - Moka Varnelli is a fine liqueur obtained with real italian espresso according to a traditional recipe of the Varnelli family.

It needs at least 6 months of seasoning and settling in order to acquire its particular taste and appearance.

Serving Suggestions: Especially suitable for blending and to enrich shaken coffee.

Bottle: 70 cl -Alcohol content: 30% vol.

Tasting notes
To the Eye: Dark brown colour typical of coffee.
To the Nose: The distinctive aroma of espresso blends with notes of cocoa, vanilla, spices, tobacco, honey and caramel.

Some recipes

Black Russian After dinner (old fashioned)
1.5 cl Moka Varnelli, 3.5 cl vodka - Pour all ingredients directly into old fashioned glass (tumbler) with ice cubes.
Blended coffee
1.5 cl Moka Varnelli, 1.5 cl vanilla sugar, 1 hot espresso - In a shaker with ice crystal. Decoration fantasy.
White Russian After dinner (old fashioned)
1.5 cl Moka Varnelli 2.5 cl vodka 1 cl cream Pour all ingredients directly into old fashioned glass (tumbler) with crystal clear ice cubes, stir and add the cream, shaken earlier. (This cocktail can be served without ice).
Moka Bomb
Moka Varnelli 2 cl, 2 cl egg liqueur, 2 cl Varnelli - Pour the ingredients into the glass and heat with the steam. Garnish with whipped cream and coffee beans.
After dinner Calzolaro
Moka Varnelli 3 cl, 1 cl Varnelli - directly in the glass. It is eaten plain, with ice and garnished with a layer of cream.
