Vinification and aging
Manual harvest, in boxes, in several periods from October, with a high selection of grapes.

Zaccagnini wines

To date, the production of Zaccagnini is approx. 325,000 bottles a year. Over the last ten years the company performs testing of clonal varieties autocotoni, temperature control of fermentation, microbial sterile bottling.
Thanks to this important research work, the careful selection of grapes, and the now extensive experience in the field, there have been dramatic improvements in the quality of the products.

Vineyards: Favourable climatic conditions have also been and territories: the vineyards of Salmagina stretch for 42 acres in the town of Stafford, Ancona, 500 meters above sea level. The climatic conditions and the strategic particular soil, which in the past boasted the presence of salt, combined with the hard work of Zaccagnini have led to exceptional wines and distinction.
