Soil type: alluvial marine sedimentary origin, with prevalence of clay of Pliocene-Pleistocene and Miocene.
Training system: Guyot and double gujot.
Planting density: 3100 plants / ha
Yield: approximately 75 q.li
Vineyard age: 20 years

Manual and late harvest, vinification with cold maceration on the skins. Soft pressing, settling of must obtained, temperature-controlled fermentation with native yeasts. On the lees for almost a year in steel and partly in oak barrels, the wine is aged for over 18 months before being sold, of which at least 6 in the bottle.
