ITALIAN VEGAN PASTA - The Pìppoli are a "pasta" based cicerchia (60%) and chickpeas (40%) flour, only legumes, gluten-free.

Cooking time 8/9 minutes, to use in soups or dry, with vegetables or velvety, to consumer tastes. It has the consistency determined legumes, 50 grams are sufficient for a portion.

Here are some suggestions of cooking: pìppoli soup, broth with seasonal vegetables, pìppoli with artichokes, herbs and cheese, served with fresh broad beans and crispy bacon with leeks and pumpkin bottom pìppoli with vegetables, beans and taleggio or simply seasoned with aromatic herbs.
