The Trìccole are a short pasta made from grass pea flour (60%) and chickpeas (40%), pasta of only crops and, therefore, without gluten. Cooking time 12/13 minutes.

Rich in protein and fiber, can be consumed as a pulp combined with vegetables or other condiments generally matched to legumes. It is advisable not to exceed 50 grams per portion.

Here are some suggestions of cooking: trìccole with green cabbage and rosemary, with fresh broad beans and Taleggio cheese, served with bacon, herbs and Cyprus black salt, trìccole with radicchio and walnuts or with rocket pesto and pecorino cheese.
