Thanks to the special bronze wire-drawing and the slow drying at a low temperature, guarantee the integral preservation of the nutritional characteristics of the Pasta 100% organic Chickpeas flour.

Chickpeas is an ancient culture, originating in the Middle and Far East, currently widespread in the Mediterranean basin and occupies third place in world consumption, after soybeans and beans. Very caloric in terms of protein, carbohydrates and fat, chickpeas also have a high fiber content.

Bake in boiling hot water for at least 5/7 minutes in moderate heat. Avoid mixing during the first minutes of cooking.
