Harvest: selection of grapes and manual harvest in the first 10 days of October, the time of harvest is determined by measuring 4 parameters (sugar levels, total acidity, ph, polyphenols)

Vinification & Aging: 15 days of maceration with 5 punch-downs per day. Fermentation is conducted in thermo conditioned stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C, contact with selected lees to increase complexity. Aging in Big natural oak (30Hl) and wood barrels, with medium toasting, tighter grain wood Allier, volume 225, 18 months aging
Bottling: cold - Yearly bottle production: 10000 - Aging: 6 months

Sensory Characteristics:
A red of unmistakable personality. An intense ruby red with purple tones.
On the nose, fragrances of ripe red fruit and intense flowers.
The palate is smooth and mouth filling, with good weight and complexity, thanks to prominent redcurrant and wild red berry fruit flavours.
