CACIO NOCELLO aged cheese between layers of walnut leaves.

It is a semi-hard cheese product, not excessively homogeneous, with taste and appearance, amber with different shades inside, darker in the rind.

Recognized by the Marche region for its "traditional" products, a tasty cheese rich in aromas, pleasant on the palate.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep's milk, pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Preservatives: E 202 - E235 on the rind (not edible). Italian milk

Shape weighing approximately: 1.00 Kg +/- 10%

Pasta structure: crumbly, with slight characteristic holes.

Minimum seasoning time: 60 days.

Consumer information: to better enjoy its characteristics, the product, stored at a temperature between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius, before being consumed must be brought back to room temperature for a few hours.
