Manual harvest in small boxes.

Vinification process Cold processing grapes, fermentation macerations in amphora with skins of at least 4 months.
Wine fining In anphora with batonnage for about 6 months.

Organoleptic examination
Green gold hue, with some veils. Fine olfactory impact with yellow fruit, lime flower, nectarine fish, vegetable shades and golden apple. The gentle feature of grapes with a strong aromatic load is confirmed in the palate. Savoury and fruity the finish.

Food pairing Fish tartare, grilled fish, sushi and sashimi, tempura, boiled capon, olives and mixed fried “all’ascolana”.
Serving temperature 10-12° C (50° F).
