Organoleptic examination
Garnet red hue with orange highlights. Intense aromas, enriched by oxidative notes. On the nose is complex with liquorous and roasted smells. Plum jam, cooked and candied fruit, dried figs and pastries. On the palate is rich, glyceric and sweet. In the finish is characterized by toasty and caramelized notes..

Food pairing Desserts and dry pastries, ice cream, strawberries, seasoned cheeses, “Frustingo”, pies, roasted chestnuts. It can be tasted like meditation wine.
