Prepared for risotto with organic truffles

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice *, dehydrated summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittadini and its group) * 1.5%, sea salt, natural flavor *. * from ITALIAN organic farming.

Preparation: Pour the rice into a pot, cover it with boiling broth, continue cooking for 15-18 minutes adding the broth every time it is collected. Once cooked, add a knob of butter to obtain creaming.
