The format makes them ideal to use as a single dish when combined with meat or fish seasonings depending on the type of legume.

All the legume flours are processed with bronze drawing and the slow drying at low temperature guarantees the perfect preservation of the nutritional characteristics.

Cook in plenty of boiling water for at least 5/7 minutes over moderate heat. Avoid mixing during the first few minutes of cooking.
