Organoleptic examination
Bright ruby red. A short oxygenation is good to exalting the grapes scents, sometimes rustic. The sensations range develops from terrestrial to Mediterranean scrub, with humus scent. Fruit and cherry are more pronounced on the palate, where the tannin does not scratch. Medium body and bitter closure.

Food pairing Stewed lamb liver, “vincisgrassi”, “pappardelle” with goose sauce, pork shank in the oven, “tagliatelle fritte”, seasoned sheep cheese.
