Vinification: destemming - crushing of grapes and alcoholic fermentation in oak vats with temperature control; fulling and maceration for about thirty days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to age for at least 24 months in oak barrels of small and large capacity. Aging in the bottle: min. 8 months.

Organoleptic characteristics
Deep ruby ​​color, with slight garnet reflections.
Intense in the opening, with moderately spicy aromas, to follow persistent sensations of small red fruits under the spirit along with subtle floral notes.
On the palate it is dry, rich and voluminous, of great structure and pleasant softness, persistent in the savory finish.

Pairings: structured dishes, red meats, game, cured meats and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18 ° C in wide glasses, it is advisable to use the decanter.
