ROSSO PICENO Superiore 2016 Aurora winery - The label of Carlo Marchetti, represents the "Bove fato" and the Palazzo Comunale di Offida.

Typical red wine from a small area in the province of Ascoli Piceno, obtained from the vinification of red grapes: Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It takes the name of "superior" after a year of maturation.

Harvest: The grapes were harvested by hand separately according to maturation.

Vinification : Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 10 days. The racking followed two decanting decantings.
The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels then 6 months in bottle. Before bottling, the wine was filtered at 3 microns.

Dark ruby ​​red color with ruby ​​nuances on the nail. The scent has a fresh and direct impact, very clear, played on floral notes, with vegetal hues of laurel centered on the notes of red berries. On the palate it is very broad, driven by a prolific acidity, it moves with a kinetic, ungraspable step, determining a catching drink. Equilibrium and very juicy in the final return to the fruits of the forest.

Pairing: in a fresh and balanced version it has a vocation as well as for meat for vegan cuisine such as lentil and curry sesame meatballs.
