Produced with local semi-wild pigs, in strict respect of local traditions; selection of raw materials, care of production rules and skilful seasoning with natural air in the cellars of Visso.

Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, dextrose, garlic, white wine, flavorings, spices and pepper. Preservatives: E-252 E-252 / Antioxidants: E-300 E-301 / Gluten-free and lactose-free.

The Pettacci-Tarragoni family has been running this small business in the town of Visso for about 90 years.
