SALAMI DEL PRIORE is made with shoulder pork back or (fraculo) and chopped minced pork, after tanning the dough is left to rest in maceration with red wine and then bagged.
It is a salami that hardens easily so it must be seasoned and maintained to perfection.

Produced with pigs bred in the area, in strict compliance with local traditions; selection of raw materials, attention to production rules and skilful natural air seasoning in the cellars of Visso.
