GUASCO Red Conero Doc red wine, is a young, unimposing wine that should be consumed lightly chilled, especially in the summer. Its special feature is its unusual capacity to blend with stockfish dishes, a combination that is common on the tables of old fishermen in the Monte Cònero zone.

Flavor dry, sapid, soft and properly tannic.

Food matches the wine goes perfectly with first courses with sauces, grilled meats, cured meats as well as some special fish dishes like stoccafisso all’anconetana.
