A red rich in body and structure, produced with only Montepulciano grapes, is aged in traditional oak barrels for a year before being put to consumption. It combines the typical aromas of Morello Rosso Rosso, an important but pleasantly soft structure. If it is well preserved it is a wine that is long aging.

Processing of grapes harvested when fully ripe, de-stemming and crushing of the fermentation grapes with maceration for 8-10 days on the skins, racking and malolactic fermentation.
Aging maturation for 12 months in cask and about 6 months in bottle.

Intense ruby ​​red color.
Complex, broad, intense and persistent bouquet. Rich with hints of ripe fruit, plum, morello cherry and jam.
Soft and warm taste with pronounced tannins, elegant and pleasant. Consumption if well preserved, can age 4 - 6 years.

Pairings indicated with red meats, game and cheeses of good seasoning.
