Aromatized wine and sour cherry drink; "Nero Visciola" to recall the black color that the sour cherries assume when they reach the right maturation for the harvest that is carried out in June.

Percentage of Visciole: 40/45%

Grapes: Sangiovese 70%, Verdicchio 30%

Prunus Cerasus is a widespread plant in the countryside and in the Marche hills, more commonly known as "visciola". Adapting to any type of terrain and not needing special care, this plant often grows in the wild.

Once harvested, the sour cherries are cleaned and selected to then be put together with the wine and sugar in steel containers, according to precise rules that over time we have tried to experiment and correct in order to achieve the proper balance and the right harmony sensory.

The wine ferments for about 90 days after which the sour cherries are removed and the product is naturally decanted for another 30 days.

Organoleptic characteristics:
intense ruby red, with persistent visciola aromas accompanied by a balanced sweetness.

Pairings: it is an excellent accompaniment for all dry pastries and for all desserts, ideal on ice cream in the summer or combined with chocolate.
