Sensory examination
Intense, lively and bright ruby
The aromas are deep and persistent and discover precise aromas of fleshy fruit on the nose, blackberries in particular, together with notes of licorice and graphite. Light balsamic scents complete the aromatic picture of great complexity and persistence
In the mouth it is austere and elegant, with a strong impact and great gustatory progression, with a firm and decisive character marked by very fine, soft and round tannins.
