FAGIOLI CANNELLINI, typical Italian regional product, balanced food, are produced within the wonderful Sibillini Mountains Park.

Small elongated white bean, with a very delicate taste, ideal for dishes with an Ortolian perfume; the pods of this legume are harvested in July-September, when they are ripe and left to dry in the sun to have them available all year round.

Cannellini beans are a complete food rich in fiber, proteins, vitamins, enzymes and minerals (magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and manganese).

They are recommended in the preparation of sauces to be combined with maltagliati of homemade pasta, to enjoy a "single dish" full of flavor and genuineness.

Cooking time 35 minutes with 12 hours soaking.
